Don't attempt to disrupt the site, misuse Grove AI, submit unlawful content, or impersonate a business you don't own.

Listings and advertising

Package pricing is a flat total for the stated six-month term, not a monthly charge. Free listings are limited to retail/storefront businesses; mobile, residential and out-of-store service businesses require a Pro listing or above.

City Spotlight is exclusive to one business per category for the term; food categories are divided by cuisine type rather than a single 'food' category.

You confirm you own or are authorized to represent the business, and that photos, video and logos you send may be edited and published by us across the site and social platforms. Fees are non-refundable once assets have been produced and published, except where required by law.

We may decline or remove any listing that is inaccurate, unlawful, or inconsistent with the tone of the site.

Grove AI

Grove AI provides informational suggestions about Garden Grove. It can be wrong or out of date. Verify hours, prices and addresses with the business before relying on them.

Intellectual property

Site design, text and compilations are owned by LOCALGardenGrove.com. Stock photography and video are licensed from Pexels. Business names and logos belong to their owners.

Liability

The site is provided 'as is' without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from any interaction with a listed business.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Orange County, California.
