Information you give us: your name, email, phone, business details and any photos or clips you send when you submit a listing, contact us or ask a question.
Information collected automatically: basic analytics such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring site. We use this to understand which Garden Grove content is useful.
Grove AI conversations: the messages you send to our concierge are processed by an AI provider to generate a reply. Don't include sensitive personal information in those messages.
How we use it
To answer you, publish and maintain directory listings, produce listing videos, send information you requested, and improve the site.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, analytics, email, AI processing) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
